We opened FareShare's second kitchen, located in Morningside, at the end of 2018 and we are currently recruiting volunteers. Our shifts are approximately 3.5 hours in length and include a half hour break for morning or afternoon tea.

Our kitchen is bright, spacious and air conditioned and is a place where our volunteers create meaningful connections and enjoy a sense of community. This is an exciting time for FareShare - in collaboration with Foodbank, we will see over 1.25 million meals cooked and distributed a year! We look forward to building upon our volunteer community in Brisbane to help make this happen.

Morning, afternoon and evening weekday shifts as well as weekend shifts are are available. No experience is required.
