Leaders are allocated up to three participants and are required to care for these participants for the duration of the camp. Responsibilities include:

• Provide a high standard of care for the children.
• Assist and encourage participants to participate in games and activities.
• Assist in the personal hygiene needs of the group.
• Assist in the care of participants' belongings.
• Assist participants with meals. Some activities include archery, canoeing, bush crafts, commando course, abseiling, high ropes, flying fox, suitcase circus, crafts, movies, picnic.
