This role is to support frail, older people and younger people with disabilities living in their own home. The main purpose of this role is to assist with social support and various tasks such as shopping, outings, dropping by for a cup of tea, going out for coffee or to the post office or helping take someone to an appointment and other activities. This is also an opportunity to enrich your knowledge and making your neighbour feel supported and also boosting your own confidence.
