On-water volunteers will work with the community, schools, and people with disabilities to facilitate our mission to “act as a catalyst for change, offering opportunities to people with disabilities and those at a disadvantage.” You will gain the incredible experience of making a difference to people’s lives while being responsible for safety, engagement and helping our clients feel amazing. Sailing experience and/or teaching experience is preferred, though passion and commitment are imperative. The ideal candidate is committed, organized, enthusiastic and works well with people. This position requires balancing on-water responsibilities and true people skills.
