The Street Outreach Service operates in and around Central Rockhampton. Providing harm minimisation, support, information, referrals and crisis intervention to individuals who may be homeless on the streets or otherwise at risk.

The patrols are staffed by trained volunteers and provide drinks and snacks, emotional support, transport where young people are at risk, information on a wide range of issues and available services, information on issues regarding health, social or lifestyle issues, alcohol and other drugs and referrals and connections to other professional agencies. This service operates Monday and Thursday evenings.
