Shekinah House Inc provides a free two course meal every Sunday evening for those who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or are socially or financially disadvantaged. We are looking for volunteers who are prepared to commit to assisting in the kitchen on a Sunday evening between 5 and 7.30 pm, at least once a month. Tasks include setting up the dining room and kitchen ready for service, assisting to serve meals, rinsing dishes, stacking the dishwasher and pack up.
