Providing support to staff by answering phones, greeting community members, letting them know what information is available and generally having a chat; this may include assisting in filling out forms or a cup of tea/coffee/water. Help to keep the Hub and its spaces clean and welcoming eg vacuum, dusting, taking out rubbish. Help pack and distribute food, information, nappies and homelessness packs where required. Help with setting up playgroups as required. Perform admin duties eg photocopying/laminating, folding information leaflets, helping community members with computer to print off documents
