Volunteering at HammondCare is a great experience for you, and a great way to make a difference for people in need. Volunteer with passion and purpose with HammondCare, an independent Christian charity specialising in dementia care.

With your assistance as a mini-bus driver, residents from HammondCare Erina will enjoy short outings as you drive them on short local trips in the afternoon. You will be accompanied by one of our care staff who will look after the residents care needs.

As the bus is a 10 seater, anyone with a current Australian drivers license and five years of good driving history can volunteer. You will need to be aged between 18 and 79 years old and provide proof of your current flu vaccination.

Successful applicants will be required to show proof of their current drivers license and complete a national police check which HammondCare will organise and pay for.
