Any previous experience in a similar role such as Human Resources, secretary work, reception or admin support would be an advantage, but not necessary. The main requirements are that you enjoy working with people and are looking to give back to your local community.

The role is based in Wodonga and the main tasks include:

• Attending local events to promote volunteer opportunities with Our Native Garden
• Meet with new and potential volunteers as a part of the volunteer recruitment and on-boarding process
• Managing a volunteer roster and communicating this with individual and group volunteers over the phone and in person
