We run 2 youth groups at the parish, Friday Night Live (Grades 6-12) and Vivo (18+). We need help at the first group mentioned (Friday Night Live), but you are more than welcome to be part of the second! At Friday Night Live, we have dinner, run games and also do some sort of team building activity. The faith aspect of this program is kept to a surface level. This means that many people can join the program and due to this, it is by far our most popular program. Often times a volunteer will be asked to run games, participate in games, prepare and hand out food as well as run the team building activities. At the end of the night we go to the local Maccas for a debrief and hang out. Also on this night, older kids are split from the younger ones half way through the night

While the ministry is Catholic, and we are a faith-based youth group, this invitation is open to anyone looking to get involved and give it a crack! if that is something you might be concerned about, I would encourage you to get in contact with me to see if it will be a problem!
