Administration Coordinator
Cystic Fibrosis Community CareWorking in an administrative support capacity, your main tasks will include:
- Answering the phones
- Greeting visitors to the office
- Database entry
- Internet research
- Laminating, shredding
- Photocopying
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Ordering items for the office e.g. stationery
- Other duties as required
Ideally, applicants will possess the following:
- Able to commit to the position for a minimum of 6 months
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent phone manner
- Experience in a customer service role
- Strong organisational skills
- Confidence using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to show initiative
