Administration Coordinator

Working in an administrative support capacity, your main tasks will include:

  • Answering the phones
  • Greeting visitors to the office
  • Database entry
  • Internet research
  • Laminating, shredding
  • Photocopying
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Ordering items for the office e.g. stationery
  • Other duties as required

Ideally, applicants will possess the following:

  • Able to commit to the position for a minimum of 6 months
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent phone manner
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Confidence using the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to show initiative
