Gold Reserve Habitat Enhancement for Squirrel Gliders

Conservation Volunteers Australia
Logo for Conservation Volunteers Australia

Come and join the team as we improve important habitat for threatened squirrel gliders in Gold Reserve adjacent to Boondall Wetlands, Bracken Ridge. This project aims to improve habitat and biodiversity values at Gold Reserve through weed control and planting fire retardant vegetation to improve biodiversity and resilience of this area.

This is a great opportunity to learn about an endangered species that lives in our own backyard as well as gain practical hands on skills in conservation. No prior experience is necessary, our friendly team leaders will teach you everything that you need to know on the day!

CVA would like to thank Brisbane City Council for funding this project through their Environmental Grants Program.

You can not apply for this role as it is no longer available.
