Community Gallery/Teaching Studio Officer duties: Welcoming visitors, students and tutors in person or over the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Housekeeping and maintaining reception area, gallery shop, service areas and gallery/studio safe and clean. Assisting gallery attendees and coordinator in various tasks (eg photocopying, administration, physical installation, and similar) Promoting gallery/studio activities. Sales and recording art/craft sales from gallery shop and exhibitions. Monitoring and keeping shop/exhibition/gallery safe. Assisting in preparation of various events and exhibitions.
