Goolwa Primary School is recruiting for Breakfast Club volunteers who enjoy engaging with school children and can work alone and with other volunteers when required. The role requires friendly, reliable people who enjoy an early start (07.45am), willing to make breakfast - toast, cereal, milo, juice etc and chat with the children who attend.Obtain key from administration, open up GOSH house, prepare breakfast(s), clean up after breakfast, turn off lights and return key to office. You will work closely with the Breakfast Club Coordinator and be prepared to be flexible as the Breakfast Club runs every morning. The shift is 07.45 to 0915 and approximately 30 children attend. Whilst one of the key elements of this role is to ensure the children eat breakfast, it is envisaged volunteers will enjoy interacting with the children and make sure they feel welcome and part of the club.
