To be eligible to volunteer with Libraries Tasmania you must have a current Working with Vulnerable People Registration.
Please Note: As each organisation provides different levels/types of insurance, volunteers are reminded to check with the organisation as to the level of coverage for volunteers due to various restrictions to ensure they are covered for the roles they will be undertaking.

Sorell Library volunteers undertake a range of tasks which may include; helping with access to Library facilities and services, provide one-to-one assistance to clients with a range of computer questions, issues and tasks, assist with maintaining the facility and resources in a neat and tidy condition, assist with client bookings, assist with a range of children's activities and more.
