The role requires volunteers who are available one Sunday a month to deliver the dynamic induction training session, which all new members of the organisation must attend.

The day involves presenting key information about the organisation, introducing the programs it offers and highlighting the important procedures and policies of ARV.

The session is both very informative and engaging; therefore, it is necessary for trainers to have confidence, clear communication and good time-management skills.

We welcome applications from experienced trainers, or those who are looking to expand on their training qualifications.

Joining the ARV admin team is an excellent way to gain employable experience, understand how a non-for-profit organisation operates, and contribute to the growth and success of an amazing entirely volunteer-run organisation. As an ARV trainer you will play a key role in ensuring that all new members of the organisation undergo quality training and that they are left with a positive first impression of ARV; thereby, maintaining the organisation’s integrity and growth.

Training sessions are held once a month at the STARTTS Carramar headquarters. Trainers are required to arrive at 9 am to help set-up the presentation, and the day usually goes until 3:30 pm.
