At Montmorency Community Group's (MCG) monthly food swap, local residents come together to exchange excess produce from their gardens and share their knowledge and experience of food growing.

MCG need an extra person to help out - either monthly or occasionally. Tasks involved include:

• setting up the area (tables, equipment, refreshments),
• arranging produce,
• keeping records,
• cleaning up; and
• promoting the food swap within the community.

Tasks are shared among several people. Get involved today, meet local people, join in the food swap and take home some fresh produce!
