Recent working experience in website/social media marketing, excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.demonstrable social networking experience. Adequate knowledge of web development and knowledge of online marketing. Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability. Must be reliable and flexible.

South Coast Environmental Centre is recruiting for people who can assist with Website and Social Media duties. Social Media volunteers are responsible for ongoing development and maintenance of SCEC's online presence. This might include blogging, creating social media profiles, managing regular posts and responding to followers. Includes understanding of what type of content works best on what platform and optimising content accordingly. Volunteers should know how to engage an audience through social media posts and interactions, and should really enjoy the role. Much of your output will be in writing, however visual content is extremely important. It is envisaged that support will need up to 2 hours per week however volunteer should be flexible. Whilst face to face contact with organisation will be necessary on times, it is feasible that support may be carried out remotely.
