📞 Alarm Testers play a crucial role in keeping elderly members of our community using the Home Alert service to keep safe by ensuring that the alert device is functioning correctly.

👴 👵 Our clients are primarily seniors or people with a disability and this contact also provides some a meaningful sense of connection and companionship 💬 ♥

☑ Tasks involved include: ◾ Testing the pendant for the client’s alarm and updating the database system. ◾ Provide social support through phone contact while testing of the alarm.

☑ This position would be suitable for someone is: ◾ confident using a computer, ◾ likes to communicate with people ◾ has empathy & patience, ◾ reliable, dedicated and team orientated.

A courtesy bus is available to collect volunteers for this role if required.
