Assist with the safe transportation of clients to or from their home or other destination in accordance with RCCTS guidelines and procedures. Complete all RCCTS documentation in the required timeframe i.e. prestart forms, incident reports etc. Support clients safe vehicle entry and exit through the deployment of aids. Manage client enquiries and provide appropriate information or redirect to Rockingham Connect office as required. Manage calls received on RCCTS phone and convey all changes on the run sheet. Collect client payment for travel upon entering the RCCTS vehicle. Provide navigation support to Driver if required. Inspect vehicle on return to the Autumn Centre, returning lost property and reporting any damage. Provide appropriate notice of unavailability.
