The Outreach worker will provide an outreach service for the Fremantle Street Doctor clients and potential clients by facilitating communication, providing education and informal counseling, assisting with referrals to appropriate agencies and health care services and driving of the van to designated locations.

Volunteers are an important part of the Freo Street Doctors Team. If you are interested in this opportunity you will be required to provide the following:

• LR (Light Rigid) License • An interest in working with marginalised populations • Previous experience providing an outreach service (desirable)
