Meals on Wheels is a community-based service for people who are frail, aged, or disabled and their carers. Our service enables our clients to continue to live comfortably in their own homes and still enjoy a variety of wholesome meals.
Our volunteers prepare meals for delivery in hygienic disposable containers, to clients’ homes, Monday to Friday.
The meal normally contains soup, main meal, dessert and juice. Special dietary requirements are catered. Meals on Wheels services are available to all eligible clients including those with cultural, linguistic, physical or intellectual needs.
Nundah Activity Centre is committed to promoting healthy and happy lifestyles for older people or those with disabilities, to enhance their quality of life and to assist their carers.
Nundah Meals on Wheels service has been rated ***** by the Brisbane City Council.
