    Various - Operational Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm Concierge - Monday to Friday 9:00am - 12:00pm or Monday to Friday 1:00pm-4:00pm Education Support - Tuesdays 9:00am - 12:00pm and Thursdays 9:00am - 12:00pm Computer Classes - 6 hours per week Other Class assistance - up to 15 hours per week

  • Requirements
    • National Police Certificate *
    • Working with Children Check *

    • Experience or willingness to support people with disabilities to achieve their goals
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written
    • The ability to build and maintain relationships, whilst demonstrating an awareness of and respect for interpersonal diversity with both internal and external stakeholders
    • Current drivers licence is advantageous however not essential
    • A willingness to undertake continuous learning
    • Preparedness to take initiative and be solutions focused
    • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
    • Auslan or second Language not essential but advantageous
    • Ability to work in ways that are congruent with EPIC’s values and non-negotiable behaviours

Supporting People with a Disability with; Running and supporting Job Clubs to help people with a disability in preparing and upskilling to support their return to work, The job clubs will include;

  • Interview Techniques
  • Letter writing and Resume Development
  • Communication and Positive body language
  • Presentation
  • Parents Groups - supporting parents to prepare to return to work
  • Basic Computer skills - How to use emails, Apply for jobs online
  • Running and supporting with Intensive job search sessions

Conceirge service - Meeting and greeting participants at Reception, Providing participants with Hot or Cold beverage and alerting consultants to their attendance

Support Education support group, Working with participants up to 8 at a time with completing their online studies, this will include guiding them towards finding the answers and trouble shooting any online system issues.
