Just shsort drive from Launceston CBD, Franklin House is a house museum. Franklin House is also available for hire for private events such as weddings or corporate events; and there are a variety of special events throughout the year including weddings. As volunteer hospitality staff you may be required to assist in the Tea Room and Gift Shop, assisting with visitor information and be asked to assist with special events. Duties will include: Meet and Greet visitors, selling gifts, preparing and serving of meals/drinks, collecting monies, EFTPOS use, informing/directing them to other attractions at Franklin House.
