Volunteer Office Support Worker - Country Care Link Transport Program
Open SupportThe Open Support Country Care Link Program offers transport to those people in regional Australia who visit Sydney for medical services. It is the role of the Volunteer Support Worker to assist the program to arrange transport in the context of an incoming/outgoing call centre scenario.
Tasks include;
- Telephone call support (Transport Management) – incoming and outgoing calls
- Data entry - Salesforce CRM
- Organise and allocate appropriate drivers to perform Transportation Requests for clients
- Communicate to clients, drivers and Country Care Link Program Coordinator throughout the Transportation Request Process
- Working and communicating in a team environment
Requirements for the role are, intermediate computer skills, excellent interpersonal skills and communication, reliability and an ongoing commitment.
