    National Police Certificate, may need Child Safe Training, First Aid an advantage, Must be reliable, punctual, patient.

Volunteer provides first point of contact for consumers and visitors to the centre. Volunteers will need comprehensive knowledge of the activities provided by centre to ensure consumers are aware of all activities. Roles include entering statistics in Day Book, collect User Pays monies and record accurately, issue Petty Cash to staff and volunteers, write receipts, answer and transfer phone calls, organise transport, word processing, photocopying. Attend monthly receptionist meetings. Volunteer will provide administrative support for staff as required. Must have ability to communicate with a wide variety of people from diverse backgrounds and willingness to follow established procedures.
