The Newland Memorial Uniting Church Victor Harbor enjoy doing things together and share in a variety of activities that serve our local community and beyond.

Our Electrical Shed, located at the rear of the Church, is where electrical goods are donated, and our team of volunteers check and prepare the appliances for sale or donation.

We are currently needing to add to our team of volunteers and are looking for techincally skilled people, ideally with an electrical licence, to tag and test electrical appliances.

We are also looking for people to assist in the electrical shop with organising, displaying and cleaning stock along with providing customer service.

The Electrical Shed is open on Thursdays from 9.30am to 12.00noon.

The Electrical Shed is our main fundraiser and having more volunteers will enable us to provide a community service, reduce landfill as well as continuing to be a valuable resource for the church.

We are always on the lookout for others who would like to join this happy bunch.

Morning tea and a good yarn is always part of the deal.
