ROLE DESCRIPTION

FRONT OFFICE RECEPTION - Be our first port of call, introducing organisations and volunteers to our friendly team.

VOLUNTEER REFERRAL APPOINTMENTS: Help people find a suitable volunteering opportunity by Email, Telephone and Face-to-face appointments

VOLUNTEER RECRUITMENT: Find potential volunteers in our database for positions.

VOLUNTEER PLACEMENT: Follow-up volunteer referrals to see if positions were accepted or if further assistance is required. Contact organisation maintain volunteer positions and communicate recent referrals made.

RECORD KEEPING: Using the in-house VIKTOR and Asana database to keep records of referrals.

MEMBERSHIP: Monitoring our membership renewals and website, uploading volunteering roles to our website

TASKS INCLUDE: Interviews,Phone Calls, Emails, Data entry, Record keeping and Customer Service
