Why we need you: As a Volunteer Store Manager, the hours would be 4 hrs a day 1 or 2 days a week, you would work closely with the Founder helping to ensure our customers receive the best possible service and enjoy our shop and what it has to offer.Oversee volunteers delegate duties, help to make our shop a huge success What skills do you need? We are looking for passionate person who is enthusiastic about helping the homeless and families and individuals in crisis. You will need good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to supervise and assist fellow volunteer. What will you be doing? • Supervising Volunteers • Training Volunteers • Assisting customers and making them feel welcome in the shop. • Advising and helping customer's as they shop. • Handling cash and dealing with various types of payment. • Answering customer inquiries. • Keeping an eye on the security of the shop • Sorting and packing stock . • Work closely with the founder & board members to follow the mission of HDStreetwise.
