For girls 5 to 17 years. The Girl Guides meet in the Old Show Hall, Main Road, Willunga on Thursdays during school terms, 5.00pm to 6.30pm. Girl Guides provide leadership and personal skills development through the Australian Guide Program. As well as regular meetings the Willunga Girl Guides also go on camps and excursions and participate in community events.

VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES: •Unit Leaders: Guide Leaders come from all sectors of the community and are trained volunteers who enjoy sharing their time and skills with young people. The unit leader is responsible and accountable for the activities of the unit and the youth members.

•Unit Helpers: A Unit Helper is a female adult working to assist the unit, either on a casual basis or regularly.

•Non Member Volunteers: Men and women who are sympathetic to Guides but don’t pay a membership fee. They fulfill a wide range of roles, from helping fundraising to assisting with activities and events.
