At Northam PCYC We focus on participation, engagement and respect while providing young people with opportunities to learn valuable life-skills through nightly workshops. Northam PCYC currently has an exciting workshop called Night Hoops which is designed specifically to offer a safe and engaging alternative for young people at risk aged between 12 to 18 years. The tournament runs over 6 weeks on Saturday evening from 6.30pm until 11pm at Northam Rec Centre and PCYC need volunteers to help run the tournament night.

You you don’t need to have any experience or knowledge of basketball to volunteer, just a smile however experience working with children, young adults, special needs kids and socially challenged groups through sport and exercise would be an advantage.
