This is your opportunity to be part of an exciting annual event in Chatswood. StreetFair features a large 800+ participant parade which moves throughout the streets of Chatswood CBD. We are looking for enthusiastic and confident volunteers who are able to act as Parade Group Leaderss to ensure that the parade runs smoothly and safely.

You will ensure parade groups do not stop on the route and to help ensure the safety of pedestrians along the parade route. Parade Group Leaders will also be responsible for collecting signage and PA systems from their group(s) at the end of the parade.

A good level of physical fitness is necessary for this role. You will also need to be confident in addressing large groups of people.

Shifts: 8:30am – 11:30pm

Briefing sessions will be held in Chatswood on the following dates:

Saturday 31 August 10am Tuesday 3 September 6pm Thursday 5 September 6pm

As a Work Health and Safety requirement, it is essential that you attend one of these in order to be eligible to work on the day, even if you have volunteered at StreetFair previously.
