We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people and shows enthusiasm and creativity in supporting a small group of older people to engage in meaningful activities. Also, to provide one on one support to some more isolated people who may not have family or friends.

There is scope within the role to introduce new activities as well as to support the current monthly calendar that includes Bingo, Exercise, Carpet Bowls, music, and lots more.

A genuine interest in working with older people.
A kind and patient attitude towards others, especially those experiencing dementia.
