Jubilee Community Care provides a door to door transport service to eligible older clients, enabling them to access social activities, shopping centres, medical centres and appointments in the local community.

Drivers are responsible for the welfare, comfort and safety of clients from their homes to their destination and return.

You must have a patient, caring and client focused manner.

You will use your own vehicle for which a mileage allowance will be paid.

Induction and ongoing training will be provided.
