The Program’s objective is to assist established small businesses to successfully navigate through their growth phase by linking them with mentors providing professional opinions and advice to get there. A typical enquiry would come from a small business needing assistance with understanding strategic planning for their next phase in growing their business. The mentor would help them to understand what it is involved, as well as brainstorming ideas and ways that could contribute to their development as a business person and to their business strategy. Our mentors in essence provide, but are not limited to the following: • Offer confidential and unbiased guidance and support • Give an outside view to assess ideas and opportunities for growth and expansion • Help to explore better business practices If your answer is yes, express Interest today in the “Mentoring for Businesses in Growth” (MBG) Program delivered by Business & Employment
