In this role you will be responsible for allocating duties and tasks to volunteers, organising induction and training for new volunteers, ensuring that there are sufficient numbers of fully trained and reliable volunteers, scheduling and monitoring home visits, and collating data and feedback.

The plan initially would be to meet the gentleman who lives in the retirement village at the Gwelup Lake and accompany him for about 15 minute - 30 minutes.
