Whilst waiting to find their forever home the dogs need a safe place to stay! Therefore new Volunteer Foster Carers are needed! Most dogs require a safe foster home for 1 - 4 weeks. Foster Carers can choose what size, breed or sex of the dog they are willing to care for. You are never expected to accept a foster dog unless it is convenient for you!
The accepting, loving nature of dogs gives this program its magic and helps children relax, open up, try harder and have fun while reading to a friendly, calm dog. YOU can be the Coordinator that makes these connections happen!
