Member Protection Information Officers (MPIO’s) play an important role in sport. MPIO’s often act as the first point of contact for persons with member protection or child protection enquiries or complaints. MPIOs provide information about a person’s rights, responsibilities and options to individuals making a complaint or raising a concern. They can also provide information to club administrators and complaint handlers with regard to the Member Protection Policy.

Dial an Elf is a flexible volunteering opportunity. You simply do what you can, when you can. There are no minimum time commitments. Do what you love! If that’s cooking, great! If it’s gardening, fantastic! If it’s cleaning, Hooray! Every task that’s taken on by you for a family, reduces their workload so that they can focus their time and energy on their children. It may seem small, though the difference is immeasurable. When a family is supported by their community, they can thrive.
