Special Olympics Australia is currently seeking a qualified basketball coach who can provide assistance and support in the ongoing development of the basketball program for intellectually disabled athletes.

As a Social Support Volunteer you will visit a client in their own home to have a cuppa and a chat, go for a walk, read to or other support directed by coordinator. You may also assist a client with their shopping or do their shopping on their behalf, using your own vehicle.
You may also be required to provide respite for a carer.
It is a requirement that you are able to commit 4 hours a month.
