Main Duties/Responsibilities: Stocking the Food Hub with harvested produce and donated produce. Once the hub is well stocked, then the delivery/collection boxes are filled with produce. Work in the food hub, greeting and engaging with customers and keeping a tally of customer numbers. Assist with unloading the "Loaves and Fishes" food delivery each Tuesday morning and division of produce into required amounts for Tuesday and Thursday stock. Assist with packing produce boxes for collection.(C)

The Deloraine & Districts Folk Museum is co-located with the Great Western Tiers Visitor Centre at 98-100 Emu Bay Road, Deloraine. It focuses on the horse drawn era and our early pioneering history. The Family & Commercial Inn is set up as it may have looked in 1864 when it was the local ale house. The museum is housed in an award winning garden with a Pioneer Walk where you can view reproduction and reclaimed buildings showcasing the lives, tools and farming equipment of our early settlers.

The museum holds a collection of steam traction engines, tractors, stationary engines and agricultural memorabilia, including women in agriculture on display. We are looking for a volunteers to maintain and develop the gardens and grounds surrounding the museum. (C)
