Braille House provides Braille and Moon tuition and reading materials to empower people who are blind or who have low vision to live with dignity and independence. The Conservation Volunteer’s role is to assist with the preservation of the collection housed at Bankfoot House. You will work alongside a small team of employees and volunteers undertaking preventative conservation and collection management. Bankfoot House is a heritage-listed homestead at 1998 Old Gympie Road, Glass House Mountains, Sunshine Coast. It was built in 1878. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 11 December 2008.
