Visit socially isolated aged people to provide friendship and companionship.
Volunteer is matched with a socially or culturally isolated resident in the community or in an aged care facility. Visits are minimum of 1 hour a fortnight.
Volunteers (working in pairs) are required to pick up meals packed by the hospital and deliver to vulnerable aged/disabled people in their homes.
