The Mirabel Online Learning Club (MOLC) aims to enhance educational opportunities and create a positive and fun learning environment for students. Volunteer tutors are paired with a student with who they work closely with online for 1 hour each week during school term, providing homework support and encouraging their engagement in education and learning. All school ages and year levels. Maths and Science backgrounds strongly encouraged to apply.

You’ll use tools like ChatGPT and Canva AI to tell powerful stories, promote campaigns, recruit volunteers, and encourage donations — all while building awareness of the women we support.

What we’re looking for: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence interviewing and working with a wide range of people Organised, responsive, and able to follow consistent processes Previous HR or recruitment experience (volunteer or professional) is a bonus but not essential Approx. 5 hours per week, flexible and remote-friendly

Skills and Attributes: Confident and engaging group facilitator, in-person and online High Experience in training, education, volunteer coordination or people development (desirable) Familiarity with 4 Voices programs and values, or willingness to learn Ability to coordinate logistics and manage training records Comfortable using online platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Calendar, Google Docs/Sheets) Shape

4 Voices needs a Technical Support person who can - liaise with the supplier of our volunteer management system Better Impact, - recommend internal customisation which will help volunteers utilise the system (improve user experience) - review reporting analysis to provide the board with useful information. - Become the 4 Voices Better Impact SME!!!
