The advocate's role is to befriend of a vulnerable person and help them to improve their quality of life, including to be involved in the wider community.

The VME has 7 exciting volunteer roles available for empathetic and enthusiastic mentors with experience as a musician, producer or similar. 1:1 or small group mentoring roles commence in mid-July 2023 supporting 16-18yo to prepare portfolios and themselves for their transition from school to the creative industries. No need to have mentored before - free training, support & resources provided. Join this amazing group of 70+ volunteers and make a real difference!

Control groups are vital to a research study providing a point of comparison for general participants and helping to determine the study's efficacy. Your participation will help shape the future landscape of epilepsy diagnoses and treatment for thousands of Australians.
