The CDU Animal Ethics Committee (AEC) is seeking expressions of interests for two independent lay member (Category D member). Successful applicants will contribute to the AEC meetings in terms of discussion, assessment and evaluation of animal ethics related matters in the context of research and teaching within the Northern Territory, governed by the NT Animal Welfare Act.

The primary outlet for taking action right now will be through regular (virtual & F2F) team meetings where you will learn about the global health equity issues and take action together. There is opportunity for growth and greater involvement too.
As a research and policy analyst, you will have the opportunity to develop the evidence base for Volunteering Australia’s policy and advocacy work.
