Our Parkview aged care community at Chermside is looking for Palliative Support Volunteers to assist residents, families and staff in providing ongoing individual support during end of life care.
We are looking for energetic volunteers to join our BRISBANE Street Outreach Service team and to engage, encourage and empower Service Users through the provision of a mobile support, referral and educational services in which those who engage our services feel supported but our Outreach program.
Volunteer Children's Support Workers facilitate supervised visitations with child/ren, youth and the parent they do not live with, and assist with changeovers for child/ren between the parent the child/ren live with and the parent children spend time with.
