Join CVA and help us to restore and connect important koala habitat at this property by planting 10,000 native vegetation species to benefit koalas! We will be planting a mixture of koala food trees, habitat species and native understory species to prevent weeds such as lantana from establishing which inhibits koala movement between trees.
Working together with local council, CVA will improve environmental outcomes at this site by undertaking weed control and caring for previous CVA planting efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain basic plant identification skills and to learn about habitat restoration processes from start to finish. No prior experience is necessary, our friendly team leaders will teach you everything that you need to know on the day!
