Queensland Maritime Museum is a not for profit organisation that is supported by around 150 volunteers. The museum attracts more than 40,000 visitors per annum including families, school groups, tour groups, inner-state and international visitors. The museum is planning to reopen in late July early August 2020 under a COVID-Safe process. We are now looking for the help of enthusiastic gardeners/grounds maintenance people to assist with the staged opening process.

The front desk is the welcoming face of the QMMA, and requires a friendly attitude, and ability to serve both international and Australian visitors. A second language in addition to English is an added benefit. To be eligible for this position, you should be able to volunteer at least one full day a week.
