Our national volunteer program draws on the voices, passion and energy of those who have recovered from perinatal anxiety and depression and postnatal psychosis. Together we raise awareness, reduce stigma and share a message of hope and recovery. We know perinatal mental illness does not discriminate and that it can affect anyone. Help us reach out to those in your community and others across Australia.
