Deliver meals assistant

You will be assisting our staff drivers in collecting the food eskys and help monitor our clients wellbeing.

Weekdays - shift available, 8.45am start - finish 1pm
Mornings shift only available,
Only need 1 volunteer for one shift per week.

Roxburgh park is the base where you met the deliver meal vans and travel to various location within Hume.

Requirements

Covid-19 vaccination
National Police Certificate
Working with Children Check

• Successful interview *Police Check is required (we cover the cost), *Vollunteers must have a current Working with Children Check (WWC) updated with our organisation successfully before commencing as a volunteer, WWC applications are free of charge for volunteers. Obtaining a valid check is the responsibility of individuals, available via online.) • Good communications skills- proficiency in English language, bilingual desirable, • Physically active task, be able to carry meals at distances, manual handling tasks such as carrying food esky's, frequently hopping in & out of a small van. *Food handling desirable *First Aid desirable
